Its Beginning to Look Like Fall Out!

Great Trendy Stores to check out here in the area

1. Envy Boutique  (East Walnut) : This is a great store downtown with trendy clothes that are priced right. For us college girls who like to look good but dont have a lot of  money
2. Uptown Angels (Battelfield Rd.) is another great store. They have designer clothese from California and New York that are pretty resonable. They usually have sales and resale in the back of the store aswell.
3. Weezies ( Dowtown Ozark) This is another great trendy resale store. You can buy upscale clothese for much cheaper in the front of the store and also check out their resale in the back

Great Looks: Guys

Are you a coffee drinker: some great places here in Springfield

Coffee Ethic
Mudhouse
Rendezvous Coffee
Big Mamas Coffee & Espresso
Churchils

According to Glamour
1. Smooth silky shaven legs: try using hair conditioner
2.Have old lipstick: save it and use it for a new blush
3.Want your razor to last longer? After using it in the shower; shake it off and then set it in baby oil. This prevents dulling.

New Great Trend Styles:
1. Curl hair with a curling iron and then tease it and load with hair spray
2. Undone hair: this is hair that you really havent messed with; kind of has that natural curl and wave

Spray Tan:
This is great and many tanning salons here in Springfield do it. Its lasts about a week or so and is very natural looking.

 Health Kicks To Remember:
Get a massage: extrememly good for relieving stress, lowers cortisol levels (which cause that belly fat), increase white blood cells(which help fight infection),

Watercress instead of regular lettuce: This helps fight cancers! According to Glamour Magazine "breast cancer patients who ate a 3 oz. portion of watercress reduced the presence of a key tumor growth factor six to eight hours after eating the watercress"

Trends on how to boost your energy without Coffee:
1. Eat a tiny square of chocolate
2. Drink two glasses of cold water
3.Doodle on a piece of paper
4.Snack on something with vitamin c in it (orange or lemonade)
5. Sitting on the floor and stretching forward apparently is a great way to boost your energy

  1. Potter's House is also a good coffee place. It is cheap and they donate money to missionaries so they don't make money its all worked by volunteers. I am really excited about undone hair being popular because I know that it is hard to find the time to do your hair sometimes. Weezies is one of my favorite stores. They have such great stuff. We have one in Branson and it's great. It is also hard some nights to stay up and get some stuff done so I really like your non-coffee trends. Those will be really helpful!

  2. I like that doodling on a piece of paper raises one's energy level. Nice post, even if male readers aren't able to get quite as much out of it! I'll be sure to save my old lipstick...

  3. I love undone hair especially with a cute accessory however, I don't think one tiny square of chocolate will work for me.

  4. I really love your posts. We just started doing spray tanning at the salon I work at, and the results are awesome. I can't wait to get mine soon... I used conditioner last week to shave my legs because I was out of shaving cream, and it seemed to work just as well! I have not heard of Envy Boutique, but I now plan on checking it out. Thanks for all of the great info!

  5. Yes, this is some excellent and helpful info, Heather. One thing I'd like to see: More links, if some of these places have websites. Maybe next time you're there snap a photo; I can help you get it online.
